ERA 2010 National Report

In 2010, the Australian Research Council conducted the first full evaluation of the Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) initiative. The report provides the outcomes of the ERA 2010 evaluations, which applies to research undertaken between 1 January 2003 and 31 December 2008.

This section provides a national level summary of a range of ERA data, including research outputs, staff, income received, and applied measures (51 pages).

Section 2: ERA National Profiles by Field of Research (FoR) code (PDF Format, 17.1MB)
This section provides a summary for each FoR code evaluated in ERA. The summary includes ERA rating statistics and key volume and activity information (177 pages).

Section 3: ERA National Summary of Indicators by FoR codes (PDF Format, 684KB)
This section provides a breakdown of ERA data by two- and four-digit FoR codes (59 pages).

Section 4: Australian Institution report (PDF Format, 689KB)
This section provides the ERA ratings for each two- and four-digit FoR code for each eligible institution (27 pages).
