ARC Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality Policy 2025

This policy was published on 1 July 2025.

The purpose of this policy is to:

  • set out the ARC’s requirements for declaring any personal, professional or financial interests that could influence or appear to influence ARC business.
  • explain how identified conflicts are assessed and managed to ensure decisions remain fair, transparent and impartial, and
  • define the confidentiality obligations of individuals involved in ARC activities, protecting sensitive information and maintaining trust in ARC processes.
