Purpose and meaning
Working at the ARC provides you with the opportunity to work towards something greater and improving the research landscape in Australia. The ARC’s purpose is to support Australian universities in conducting excellent research, promote and foster the Australian research landscape including supporting Australian universities to attract and retain academic researchers, support research integrity, administer funding of excellent research, provide expert advice on research, and partner with other government entities to deliver research grants.
