Change to timing of data refresh in RMS

We have identified a performance issue affecting RMS.

Data used in the extraction of a number of reports by Research Offices currently refreshes every 30 minutes and is causing significant system issues.

From Saturday 17 December 2022 to 3 February 2023, this data will be refreshed once every 24 hours (overnight).

The impact of this change relates to the following reports:

• CSV – Proposals Extract
• CSV – Participants Extract
• CSV – Client Extract reports

and:

• the data in those reports will reflect the status of applications from the day before the report is run
• any changes made to applications on the same day the report is run will not be included.
