Annual Reporting Responsibilities of ARC Centres of Excellence

Introduction

Official reporting (and accounting) requirements apply to the expenditure of public funds.  For each calendar year for which there has been at least six months of activity, all ARC Centres of Excellence are required to produce and submit to the ARC an Annual Progress Report by 31 March of the year immediately following the reporting year.

In an effort to streamline reporting requirements, all Annual Progress Reports and supporting documents are now submitted through the RMS.

The due date for submission of the 2024 Annual/Progress Report is 30 June 2025.

Completing your Annual Progress Report

ARC Centre of Excellence reporting requirements for Annual Progress Reports are stated in your Funding/Grant Agreement and completed as part of the ‘NCGP Progress Report’ form available in RMS.

Financial one-page summary

As of 2024, only high-level expenditure of ARC funding only is to be reported as part of the End of Year Report (EOYR).
