ARC Audit and Risk Committee
The ARC Audit and Risk Committee was established by the then Accountable Authority, the Chief Executive Officer, in compliance with section 45 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) and section 17 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule (PGPA Rule).

- system of internal control.

- The ARC Audit and Risk Committee meets at least four times a year.
