Congratulations to the 2013 Centenary Institute Lawrence Creative Prize recipients

The ARC congratulates the 2013 Centenary Institute Lawrence Creative Prize recipient, Dr Connie Wong from Monash University.

The award recognises outstanding creativity in biomedical research by young scientists. Dr Wong—currently receiving funding under the ARC Discovery Early Career Research Award scheme—received the $25,000 award for her research into stroke and its weakening of the immune system.

Finalists also included Dr William Ritchie from the Centenary Institute and Dr Anne Abbott from Monash  University.
