The annual report prepared by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) for a period must also deal with: (a) any matters required by other provisions of this Act to be dealt with in the report; and (b) any other matters that the Minister, by notice in writing to the CEO, requires to be dealt with in the report. Note: A provision of this Act that require matters to be dealt with in the report is subsection 33C(3).
